East Learning support schools and colleges to set up an 'Aspirations programme', using novel data on young people's needs, interests and ambitions 'Beyond the Grades' to help you increasingly tailor and measure the impact of your work.
The Aspirations Programme enables schools and colleges to offer their students the best possible personal development programmes. Programmes that are designed and informed by data collected from the students themselves. It means more students receive a holistic education and are better prepared for future life.
Impact is measured in two ways, how much schools and colleges improve their offer and processes using student data, and how much those changes improve student outcomes.
