This eliminates the reliance on paper-based systems and manual searches, removes human error in medication administration and student information retrieval, and significantly improves response times in emergency situations.
Focusing on the importance of data security, Tvar does not store any sensitive data on our systems. Instead, it relies on minimal, de-identified data, which is securely encrypted and hosted on Australian servers. To further protect user information, Tvar features security measures such as two-factor authentication, ensuring a secure login process. Additionally, the system enhances transparency by notifying key school staff whenever a student's information or medical records are accessed.

The Tvar app is managed through a web console which allows automatic syncing the student information and staff accounts, with the option to create temporary accounts for TRT staff or parents on excursions.
