Fetching is the safeguarding platform that supports both schools and parents to make pick-up time safer and more streamlined for everyone.

Reduce admin
Schools are often contacted by parents to let them know that someone, other than them, will be collecting their child.

Juggling the school run amongst friends and family is one way to reduce childcare costs, but these regular changes to collection arrangements place an unnecessary administrative burden on schools.

In addition to an increased number of phone calls and emails, last-minute changes mean that teachers are often asked to pass children to people that they don’t recognise.

Reduce risk
The Fetching platform shows teachers exactly who is collecting each child, with a photo to help identify each person.

It is powered by our parent app, where they can build a secure network of people they trust to collect their child from school. We ask all of our app users to verify their identity so nobody can create a fake profile or pretend to be someone they’re not.

Support parents
Parents can use the app to ask for support with the school run whenever they need it and when one of the friends agrees to collect their children, the school system is instantly updated.

Protect children
At the school gate, teachers can view Fetching on a mobile device. They are also able to mark children as they are collected, generating a timestamp. If you have concerns about children that are frequently collected late from school

It tells you who is collecting each child, every day and our connected parent app means that any changes to collection arrangements will instantly feed through to the school.

Only the parent's approved, ID-verified friends and family network can collect a child.
