Created by educators, Tapestry is the easy-to-use childhood education platform helping staff and families celebrate and support their children’s learning from Early Years to Year 6, in mainstream and specialist provision.
Tapestry is the childhood education platform with education expertise at its heart. Available as both a website and app, Tapestry provides comprehensive, award-winning tools to help educators build strong relationships with families and reduce barriers to engagement.
Subscriptions give access to a wide variety of features designed to reduce workload and assist the overall development of each school, as well as allowing users to document each child's unique learning and development, while streamlining planning, monitoring, an reporting processes.
Tapestry offers functionality for assessment and monitoring progress within statutory frameworks, as well as the ability for a school to create and upload their own curriculum. In addition, the unique Cherry Garden framework supports child-centred assessment for children with learning differences and disabilities.
These features enable schools to collect rich information to inform them of children’s progress and to influence adjustments in their curriculum and provision. To further assist planning, Tapestry has a customisable activities area and the ability for children to log in securely to their accounts, allowing educators to share meaningful feedback whilst enabling children to take responsibility for their own learning.
Used by more than 14,000 settings and schools worldwide, Tapestry has been recognised with rankings in the Edtech 50 Awards Yearbook 2021; the 2025 BusinessCloud’s EdTech 50 - UK’s most innovative education technology creators; and we were Highly Commended in the 2024 Teach Primary Awards.
